I really liked the location! It’s super close to the train station, and there are tons of food options, like restaurants and even a shopping mall nearby. The room was decently sized, modern, and clean, which made it comfortable.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with a leaking toilet that the cleaning staff clearly ignored. it was annoying that there was no English manual for the AC or TV—made it hard to figure things out. not the best stay!

I stayed here for a three-night business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps from the JR-Motomachi Station and close to various dining options, including Chinatown. The generous breakfast offered both Japanese and Western choices, which was a treat. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. the friendly staff and complimentary coffee in the lounge made my stay even more enjoyable.

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay at Plaza was the lack of parking space.
